The Plooms platform

More than a chat window. A workspace for real work.

Plooms combines familiar AI tools with company knowledge, traceable sources and repeatable workflows. Start with the task. Keep the context as you move between capabilities.

01

Chat with company context

Ask questions with the knowledge, sources and history of your organization behind the answer.

What you can do

Prepare for a meeting, find a policy or work through a decision without starting from a blank conversation.

For your technical team

Streaming chat uses the temporal context graph and source provenance. Web search is optional per chat. Projects carry context across conversations.

02

Create documents and media

Turn a conversation into Word documents, presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs, images and video.

What you can do

Draft a client brief, create a reporting deck or develop a working spreadsheet, then refine it by asking.

For your technical team

Artifacts are grounded in company context, on-brand and versioned. Reports can include sections, tables of contents, charts, diagrams and screenshots. Media creation includes images and narrated video.

03

Build working applications

Describe an application, review a live preview and iterate on a real build.

What you can do

Prototype an internal tool around a process your team already understands.

For your technical team

A server-side workspace supports build verification and error repair. Changes are scanned for secrets and known vulnerabilities before a scan-gated pull request is opened.

04

Explore your company brain

See how people, facts and sources connect, including what changed over time.

What you can do

Understand today’s answer, revisit an earlier decision and inspect where the knowledge came from.

For your technical team

The bi-temporal graph records when a fact was true and when it was learned. Superseded facts remain queryable. An interactive WebGL explorer shows current facts as solid and superseded facts as dashed history. Select a fact to inspect its sources.

05

Connect the sources you choose

Bring in selected knowledge from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Box, Slack and Teams.

What you can do

Work with the files and conversations you already rely on, while choosing what Plooms may read.

For your technical team

Each user scopes labels, folders and sites. Credentials are sealed with libsodium, sharing is per item and revocable, and message or calendar writes require permission.

06

Run repeatable workflows

Skills are reusable instructions. Playbooks combine those instructions with AI, action steps and human approvals in a multi-step procedure.

What you can do

Turn a recurring request into a procedure that people can review and run again.

For your technical team

Durable playbooks survive restarts. Side effects are idempotent, approval gates wait without holding a worker, and execution is audited.

07

Connect your own agents

Extend the same grounded workspace to external agents and a Windows desktop app.

What you can do

Let approved agents work with company context instead of building a separate knowledge layer for every tool.

For your technical team

MCP and REST access use OAuth 2.1. A default-deny agent registry scopes tools and playbooks, while an idempotency ledger records actions. A trace ID connects transport, runs and graph writes. Direct model API access also lets you use the open-weight models in your own applications.

The knowledge behind the interface

Connect it. Preserve it. Put it to work.

Plooms records the source before extracting facts, so you can inspect where knowledge came from and revisit it as it changes. Chat, playbooks and approved agents can use that same context. Projects keep related work together across conversations.
