What’s the current process for approving a new supplier?
Plooms

Before the first purchase order:

  1. Operations reviews the supplier.
  2. Finance approves the payment terms.
  3. Issue the purchase order after both reviews are complete.

The revised process applies to new suppliers. Existing suppliers keep their current terms.

SEPARATE MODEL PROCESSINGManaged model serving

Managed for you by Plooms

Serverless or dedicated, matched to your workload

Enterprise example. Dedicated application hosting and model processing are separate choices. Match both to your requirements.

The problem

AI adoption needs trust.
From your people and your business.

Your team needs AI that fits everyday work.

If approved tools slow people down, they turn to alternatives outside your controls.

A powerful model doesn’t settle the privacy question.

Model capability and data privacy are separate questions. Check where prompts are processed, who can access them and how long they are retained.

An answer needs sources and context.

A confident response is hard to check when you can’t see the supporting information or whether it has changed.

AI spending is hard to justify without visibility.

Seats, model usage and infrastructure all contribute to cost. You need to understand what the work actually requires.

The Plooms approach

Enter an amount in each field, including zero where appropriate. No Plooms prices or savings are assumed.

Keep model usage separate unless it is already included in another quoted amount.

Discuss your setup

A planning comparison, not a quote or savings guarantee. Include the tools you will keep and avoid counting model usage twice. Migration, tax and your internal operating costs may also affect the total.

Getting started

Start with the work you want AI to help with.

01

Choose your workspace.

Explore personal, small-business or enterprise options based on the people and information involved.

02

Connect the relevant knowledge.

Select the sources you want to use and establish the access and deployment arrangements for your setup.

03

Put it to work.

Ask questions, create files and evaluate a real workflow, with human review where it is needed.

Questions before you choose.

Does my company get its own infrastructure?

It depends on the plan. Small-business hosting uses logical isolation on shared infrastructure. Enterprise options provide dedicated application infrastructure, either managed for you or in your own Azure tenant. Model processing is a separate deployment choice.

Can I see where an answer came from?

Plooms preserves supporting sources and the history of company knowledge. You can inspect those records to evaluate an answer. Answers still need appropriate review.

Will Plooms reduce our AI costs?

No. The right comparison includes model usage, infrastructure, platform fees, setup and the work involved in operating the system. Plooms provides model choice and cost visibility so you can evaluate the setup against your actual needs.

Can I use Plooms without a Spej engagement?

Yes. Plooms can be used on its own. Spej can also provide custom integration, implementation and ongoing AI leadership as separately scoped services.
